Personal Support Programme (PSP)
If you need to STOP and reassess where you’re at and need the flexibility and opportunity to address your issues, then the
Personal Support Programme may suit you.
You will be assisted by an experienced support worker/mentor to resolve personal issues and barriers to gaining employment.
We can help you open up your social circle and assist you with centring and settling yourself. The programme can give you time out to work on those problems that are making it difficult for you to access other programmes and being work ready.
If you relocate whilst on the programme we can arrange your transfer to the nearest Personal Support Programme provider.
Tursa Employment & Training Inc. has been contracted to provide this service throughout the Northern Rivers of New South Wales.
