The Role: Employment Adviser (EA) – As an EA at TURSA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting participants on their journey back to work. Some of our participants face vulnerabilities, and your empathetic approach will be crucial.
This role will be based at our Kempsey site and is a permanent full-time position. Though this role is advertised for full-time, if you are the right candidate, we consider part-time positions.

Build strong rapport with participants
Addressing barriers to employment
Facilitate relevant training opportunities
Build participants confidence and motivation

What we need from you:
Ability to build professional relationships with employers and participants
Effective oral and written communication skills
Confidence in a high volume, fast paced environment
Highly organised with strong administration skills
Resilient & empathetic towards others
