Position Available: Tursa Employment & Training is seeking a Sessional (casual) Trainer with relevant industry experience and appropriate accredited qualifications in retail and / or hospitality. This role, based at our Coffs Harbour site, involves delivering both accredited and non-accredited training across our sites within the Mid North Coast Region.
Ideal Candidate: This role would be ideal for Training & Assessment (TAE) qualified trainers that have practical classroom experience with small and large groups. Exceptional people skills are crucial, including the ability to engage positively and empathetically with participants, supporting them in their journey towards employment or self-employment.
