Human Resources Officer
Tursa Employment & Training is seeking to employ an experienced Human Resources Officer based at Tweed Heads, NSW. The successful applicant will be highly organised, and display a proven ability to operate in a high volume Human Resources Department using their high level communication skills to liaise, mediate, and negotiate at all levels within the organisation.
In this role, you will support the Manager – Human Resources in the management and delivery of operational Human Resource administration and services including recruitment and selection, learning and development, workplace relations, performance management, probation & salary reviews, and WH&S. Relevant tertiary level qualifications are essential.
