We understand DES participants. Our experienced Disability Employment Advocates start with a thorough consultation to understand your strengths, abilities, current skills, potential skills, and employment goals. We then create tailored job plans and service strategies.
Additionally, we ensure open, respectful, and empathetic communication, actively involving you in every decision about your employment plan. As your needs evolve, so do our services to meet your goals.
With these combined, we focus on your strengths and potential, offering support such as job-readiness training, resume preparation, and employer liaison. After placement, we provide up to 52 weeks of on-the-job support to ensure a smooth transition into sustainable employment.
