When you list a job with us you receive the following services FREE of charge

  • Job advertised on our website and in our offices
  • Participant skills development (we offer candidates free upskilling)
  • Shortlisting
  • Interview rooms if required
  • Placement support and orientation
  • Ongoing mentoring and support (up to 6 months)
  • Access to wage subsidies (up to $10,000 for eligible candidates)
  • Restart: up to $10,000 for employees 50 years of age and over
  • Youth Bonus: up to $10,000 for employees 15 to 24 years of age
  • Youth: up to $10,000 for employees 25 to 29 years of age
  • Parents: up to $10,000 for employees who are a principal carer parent
  • Long Term Unemployed: up to $10,000 for employees who have been registered with an employment services provider for 12 months.
  • Indigenous Australians: up to $10,000 if all eligibility requirements are met

  • We work closely with you and the participant to hopefully mitigate any potential challenges early on. If the person is not a good match, we will support you in finding another suitable candidate.
  • We offer participants mentoring and mediation to ensure communication stays open and strong

What Jobs offer wage subsidies?

There are two types of wage subsidies available:

1. Youth Bonus Wage Subsidy (YBWS) available to:
  • Participants aged up to and including 24, and/or
  • participants with mutual obligations who have commenced the Transition to Work Programme with us.

YBWS has three criteria:

  • Amount – fixed at $10,000 or 100% of the cost of wages paid, whichever amount is lower.
  • Time Period – fixed at 26 weeks.
  • Employment Hours – Minimum average hours – fixed at 20 hours per week.
2. The Workforce Australia Services Wage Subsidy (WASWS)is available to:
  • Participants who are aged 25 and older.

WASWS has two criteria:

  • Amount – Up to a maximum of $10,000 or 100% of the cost of wages paid, whichever amount is lower.
  • Time Period – Maximum of 26 weeks.

What if the person does not work out?

  • We work closely with you and the participant to hopefully mitigate any potential challenges early on. If you find the participant is not the right fit for your business, we will support you in finding another suitable candidate.
  • We offer participants mentoring and mediation to ensure communication stays open and strong
