TURSA delivers the Workforce Australia – Transition to Work program in the Brisbane South East region with offices in Woodridge, Beenleigh, and Capalaba and is specifically designed for young people aged between 15 and 24. TURSA aims to deliver high-quality services to local employers to ensure young people meet their needs, have the skills required, and, are supported to settle into their new job.

Therefore, we will provide you with a dedicated Youth Adviser who will be your key contact. This connection will ensure simplicity in the recruitment process and an easy flow of communication.

Youth Jobs PaTH is an Australian Government service that helps young people gain the skills and work experience needed to get and keep a job. It also supports businesses to trial young people in the workplace and offers a financial incentive when they hire.
Employability Skills Training (EST) gives young people the opportunity to enhance their employability through targeted training.
