For employers, TURSA’s Workforce Australia Grafton team offers a variety of services to assist in finding suitable staff for their business. We review resumes, shortlist candidates, refer participants, and where applicable, provide wage subsidies. We also offer incentives for traineeships and post-placement support to both the employer and the participant, fostering long-term success for all parties involved.
