Role available;
Tursa Employment & Training is seeking to employ an Employment Adviser.
This role will be based at our Taree site and is an ongoing (permanent), full-time position (72 hour, 9-day fortnight; no weekends). We are also currently offering staff an optional 4-day work week trial.
About the role;
Being an Employment Adviser is an incredibly rewarding role. Employment Advisers at TURSA work with a caseload of participants, some of whom are vulnerable in our community. They assist participants back into work and provide support to ensure its ongoing and sustainable. They use their excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and support our participants address barriers to employment, undertake relevant and appropriate training, create work experience opportunities, and source vacancies, in order to transition participants successfully back into the workplace.
