Inclusive Employment Australia is a new disability employment program starting 1 November 2025, replacing the current Disability Employment Services (DES).


What You Need to Know

  • You don’t need to do anything right now.
  • You’ll receive a letter from the Department of Social Services with your new provider details.
  • You can stay with your current provider or choose a new one.
  • The program offers no time limitsmore provider options, and support even for part-time or volunteer work.

🔄 How to Change Your Provider

You can change your provider between 24 Sept – 16 Oct 2025:

  1. Visit your preferred provider (e.g., TURSA) with your transition letter.
  2. Or call the DES Transition Line1800 227 337.

Using the Workforce Australia App

The Workforce Australia app makes it easy to manage your employment services on the go.

How to Get Started

  1. Download the app:
  2. Sign in with myGov:
    • If you don’t have a myGov account, register first.
    • The app can stay signed in for up to 30 days on secure devices.
  3. Navigate to Provider Settings:
    • Tap your name in the top-right menu.
    • Select “Your provider and support”.
    • Tap “Find a new provider” to begin the switch.
