Role available;
Tursa Employment & Training is seeking to employ a Disability Employment Advocate (DEA) to work across both our Toowoomba and Gatton sites.
The DEA will provide services and support to eligible participants, to enable those participants to achieve employment outcomes under the Disability Employment Services programme. Base site will be negotiated with the successful applicant and a vehicle may be temporarily assigned for travel to the Gatton site on pre-determined days each week.
This position is an ongoing (permanent), full-time position (72 hour, 9-day fortnight; no weekends). We are also currently offering staff an optional 4-day work week trial. Though this role is advertised for full-time, if you are the right candidate, we may consider part-time arrangements.
