We Get to Know and Understand DES Participants
From the beginning, TURSA‘s skilled Disability Employment Advocates engage participants in a thorough consultation process. They work to understand each participant’s strengths, abilities, current skill set, potential skills, and employment goals. This forms the basis for creating a customised job plan and service delivery approach.
We Maintain Open Two-Way Communication
Communication between our Inala DES team and participants remains open. We value ongoing communication, respect, and empathy. Participants are always consulted and involved in decisions about their employment plan. Our services evolve as participants progress to continuously meet their goals.
We Provide Opportunities Based on Your Potential
We emphasise strengths and abilities while focusing on each participant’s potential. This helps us deliver appropriate, personalised support ranging from job-readiness training and resume preparation to liaising with prospective employers. Once placed, we continue offering on-the-job support for up to 52 weeks.
