Kick off 2026 by welcoming new talent to your team! TURSA’s “New Year, New Job” campaign offers a special incentive to help employers onboard new staff quickly and efficiently.

How the Program Works

  • Who Can Participate?
    • Employers offering paid jobs to Workforce Australia or Transition to Work participants through TURSA in NSW or QLD.
    • Conditions apply for Inclusive Employment Australia, contact your local site for details. This offer cannot be claimed with other wage subsidies.
  • What’s the Incentive?
    • Receive a $1,000 Employer Incentive Payment for each eligible new employee.
  • How Do You Qualify?
    • The new employee must start work in January 2026.
    • The employee must work a minimum number of hours per week (as agreed) and be paid at least the minimum wage or relevant award rate.
    • The employee must complete one month of continuous employment in the agreed position.
  • What Do You Need to Provide?
    • Submit payslips and evidence of the employee’s start date and completion of one month’s work.
  • Other Important Details:
    • Total incentives cannot exceed the total wages paid.
    • If the employee leaves or transfers to another provider before completing one month, the incentive is not payable.
