The Linen SHIFT, based in Byron Bay, is more than just a laundry service. It’s a social enterprise that provides supported employment for women experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or financial hardship. Through meaningful work, mentoring, and a safe environment, these women gain confidence, skills, and a pathway to independence.

TURSA Delivering Support and Employment Collaboration Community Grants

TURSA is a not-for-profit employment and training provider committed to helping individuals achieve financial independence through sustainable employment. Their Community Grant Program empowers grassroots organisations like The Linen SHIFT to expand their impact.
