More Than an Employment Agency
Our VISION
TURSA is much more than an employment agency, we are an Employment Service Provider established for the express purpose of assisting the unemployed and under-employed through the provision of high-quality employment and training services for employers and workers in the regions in which we are contracted to deliver services.
We provide essential high-quality employment services and support to Indigenous participants, people with disabilities, single and partnered parents, long term unemployed participants, young persons, mature aged persons, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and early school leavers.
Our MISSION
As an Employment Provider, TURSA aims to auspice, manage, develop, and deliver innovative employment and training programs to assist to alleviate unemployment and underemployment and minimise the marginalisation of these groups, assist them to gain access to the Labour Market, and assist the growth of the human capital necessary to grow and develop commercial and social enterprise.
