At TURSA, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to work, learn, and build a better future. Since 1994, our purpose has been simple: connecting people who need work with businesses that need workers.
We’re a not-for-profit organisation and a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO: 90325). From Forster in New South Wales to Noosaville in Queensland, we provide local support to people from all walks of life, helping them overcome barriers and move confidently into employment.
Supporting People from All Backgrounds
TURSA proudly supports individuals from a wide range of circumstances, including:
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- People with disabilities
- Single and partnered parents
- Young people entering the workforce for the first time
- Mature-aged workers looking to rejoin or upskill in the workforce
- People from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Early school leavers building pathways to training or employment
- Ex-offenders seeking a fresh start and meaningful work
- Those experiencing long-term unemployment
Our services are delivered with respect, understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping each participant succeed.
