At TURSA, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to work, learn, and build a better future. Since 1994, our purpose has been simple: connecting people who need work with businesses that need workers.

We’re a not-for-profit organisation and a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO: 90325). From Forster in New South Wales to Noosaville in Queensland, we provide local support to people from all walks of life, helping them overcome barriers and move confidently into employment.
